came back from a nice 3 day camping trip in Bonnechere Provincial Park in Ontario Canada.
it was a cold trip as the first night the temps dipped to 1°c, the day temps went up to around 10°c, we had a little rain during the second night, inside we were snug as a bug with my little coleman heater, as it is fall here the leaves gave us a great color show. The views were fabulous, pics to follow.

it was a nice 2 hour drive from my place. Being with another couple, both ladies are Philipinas, the food was plentiful and as usual delicious.
Now the ungrateful task of winterizing the pup and emptying everything has begun, then give her a good cleaning and close her up for her long sleep. Can't wait til next season and enjoy her again.

I winterized my pup, sorta. Forgot the potty so I now have an excuse to go camping for one final run. I have one more trip planned in early Nov but do believe that would be it for me. So I will have to remember to take everything out, give it a good wash.

The NFS campgrounds are closed and get the pumps taken "offline" but you can still camp there. Just need your haul your trash out. We are still plasnning to go this weekend (weather permitting).

We just packed ours away this afternoon. We were hoping for another trip in October, but it wasn’t going to work out.

    Looking forward to next year.

Sounds like a great trip! Do you have Popup Gizmos or anything to trap heat in the pup in nights like that?

Here in Sector 706, it hasn't come anywhere near freezing just yet, so all we need is a clear weekend and a place to go. Winterizing here means running a little RV antifreeze into the water tank/pump and making sure the cover is fastened. If we get a pleasant weekend (and it can happen), I'll grab the 7gallon water jug and pretend the built-in water system isn't working!

The running joke is that Planet Georgia has ten seasons: summer, fall, winter, spring, winter, spring, winter, spring, winter, spring. And sometimes, we just get Long November. So if a campout opportunity presents itself any time between now and April…

Good luck to all, just getting cold here at night, sometimes 32 ( freezing ) sometimes 60. Lol . Last trip is south, so warmer weather. I might have to winterize on the way home( probably not as its a long trip and i rwally dont need the added time weight to the trip) will most likely do it a day or so after i get home. Hopefully the weather isnt too bad, ill decide on the way home. Sould be ok.....famous last words.lol.

I guess I'm just stubborn. I took a couple gallons of anti-freeze with us this past weekend, but decided not to use it yet. It'll ultimately be up to the weatherman, but we hope to get out at least a couple more times this year.

I did drain the lines and the hot water heater before we took the TT back to the shed. I'll keep an eye on the weather. If it looks like we're going to get a hard freeze, I can run down to the storage shed after work and winterize there.
