Ordered a left tail light/licence plate. Unfortunately, all I needed was the licence plate holder but had to buy the whole unit just to get that one piece.

I bought two led light units for it on Ebay, 48 led's each mounted to a square stick on pad. $1.00 each plus $2.95 shipping direct from Hong Cong. Received them last week and tried them by hooking up to a battery. Should work great so I ordered three more for the brother in law.
Moved it out of gargage to put boat away. Then decided to get under and sand and primer the frame. Well the front half anyways. Also primered the rear bumper. And thats all for the day.
Just about killed my back painting the interior grey to get away from grandma yellow ! Finished the stereo and starred at the broken cable for a few more minutes.......
Actually our to-do list was on Sunday.
On the 86 Sun Valley we:
1. Installed new canvas from Bear Creek Canvas
2. Cut mattress toppers
3. Installed new dinette cushions
4. Started replacing water lines and will finish at campsite this weekend
5. Loaded it with microwave, coffee maker, dishes and utensils
6. Changed out the door and handle
On the 84 Redwood we:
1. Looked at it lovingly knowing it is already packed and ready to go!
This weekend we are taking both pups, one sailboat, four little dogs, and a great set of parents on a much deserved camping weekend at Lake Ray Roberts. Yahoo!!

Been dewinterizing the camper for the past two days.....had some bad electrical connections so I had to replace those, then I added a grab rail at the door to aid me getting in and out sense its six inches taller with the axle flip from last year. Been looking for some place to add a "secret" storage area for valuables when we go kayaking (i.e. wife's purse, camera, etc...). I found a spot but the wife does want me putting in a hatch or a hole in the counter top. I guess I'll have to keep looking. Been thinking of putting a large 2X2X1 safe in the dinette slide out storage area under the seat. Bolt it to the floor so no one can haul it out of there. Got to get measurements and see if I can find a large/small enough one to do the job.
drove by the storage yard longingly while staring at beautiful mountains. got lots of new items for the pup over winter and I am on the count down to dewinterization and our first outing. can't wait to opener up and smell the canvas!!! (hubby thinks the manper is a he but its a she in disguise. I'm already out numbered )
Pretty much have my homemade BAL Leveler made. I call it a BEN Leveler, first 3 letters of my last name. Only have to weld the adjusting screw onto it, and get it powder coated (I think). I figure I can change the name of mine because I made a number of changes to it.
