What Did You Do TO Your Camper Today? - March 2011

I had to fix the first SPUT of the year today. My son helped me pull the PUP out of the garage yesterday and he stumbled and fell on the propane tank cover that wasn't closed completely. Ended up with a nice crack in the top of it. So out came the jar of MEK/ABS goop. Honestly, I'm becoming quite the pro at repairing ABS panels. I still have to wait until it warms up a little before I can paint the repair patch. I just hope I can get the anti freeze out of the water system before our first trip in 2 1/2 weeks.

Filled the propane tank, weighted her empty. Packed her up and weighed her full.
Time to pack clothes, Going Camping Tomorrow!

Haven't done anything to the pup today, But I did pick up two treated 2x10x8' and cut some pads for the corner jacks and tongue jack.Need quite a few pads for when I setup on the drive do to the slop.

Watched the snow pile up on it AGAIN on the way out to work. But I do have a bunch of stuff on order for the propane system.

Went to get the camper, hitched up, popped up to show brother the interior, folded up again, and drove home so we can get on the road tomorrow to camp with newfound friends from the Portal. Looking forward to it!

Picked up and installed a new Lip Gasket for the cassette toilet. No more sloppy mess to clean up!
Yahoo!!!! 12 bucks well spent.
