Software Engineer; back-end developer for a company that provides web hosting and cloud services. DW is an Infection Preventionist, RN for a hospital group. Best thing about my job is that I can work off-site at will. As long as I have an Internet connection, I can work from anywhere, including from the PUP.

More time with the hubby now, he's an engineer. I will, however continue my small business making custom camera straps for photographers. www.howardavenue.net
Still working today as an electrical engineer designing computer chips. Fortunate career that spanned incredible advances in chips that drove all sorts of new products, including the internet. It's a maturing industry, though, and going through continuing rounds of consolidation. Some day I hope to be doing a lot more camping.
20 years working on F-15s for the Air Force in one capacity or another. Now I work in a middle school keeping their IT up and running. DW is a high school history teacher so we both have Summer, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring break off. BUT I give up the weekends between for her grading, lesson planning, and house chores...
A Gandy Dancer at UPRR was a Track maintenance worker and the guys who were on top of the cars a long time ago were the brakemen when they had the brake wheels up there.
After the company I worked for 9 years, closed their doors with no notice...I now work for the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.

I am a beekeeper and honeybee removal specialist (from structures) in Texas. Absolutely LOVE my work, however don't particularly like living in the city. That's where my customers are (for now) though. Another 1.5 years - and my kids will be out on their own, and I can disappear into the sunset with a truckload of bees and my pop-up camper.
