Ok here's a question, as a Coleman owner what do you put in your camper caddy?

    Cheers

We really don't use ours. It blocks the bunk too much for us. We do use the bunk end shelves a lot. Out of the way, but handy. We may be the odd couple, we do not bring much stuff with us, so storage is not a problem.

Dust collector in the basement. As Raycfe said, it blocks too much and takes up too much of the bunk opening.

We have all kinds of stuff in ours. With 2 kids it is always being used. flashlighs, bug spray, sun screen, tooth brush (paste), hairbrushes, walkie-talkies, shampoo, bar soap. I am sure there is more just can't think of it all right now!

I use ours to keep a 12" x 18" spot under the dinette seat from getting dusty. We're weekend campers, so for me, a lengthy setup ruins a camping trip. If I can't fold/unfold it or crank it up/out in 30 minutes total, it's not fun. However, I'll admit that I haven't hung ours up and tried it yet. Space is a premium when we're camping; could be a cost/beneift calc that I've never measured that might be worth it.

Please don't hate me for this but we traded the camper in yesterday for a Jayco HTT and put the caddie back in the camper with the rest of the things we got in the PUP. Sorry.

When we had our popup I could fit a weekend's worth of clothing (warm weather stuff) into the Camper Caddie and that's the only thing I had to pack. It was surprising how much you could fit into those little pockets.

With the kids it has all kinds of stuff. bug spray, sun screen, flashlights, lighter(spare), all the bathroom stuff, walkie talkie. I am sure there is more. Probly even some stuff that made it's way in there that does not belong. Our hangs on our bunk end, and I like that we pile our bags behind it and keeps them out of site.

My honey has one that is designed as a travel bag for tolietries... it is half as wide as the caddy shown above, so it does not block as much. She hangs it up in the same place the above pic shows and it is very handy. When you take it down it folds up and latches.
I think she said she got it at Target... but I will have to verify that later as we are 100 miles apart today.

I agree. Keep it in the camper but never use it.
