I'm having to let my Jayco go this coming spring due to losing her storage space. Paying for storage isn't an option so I'm looking into smaller possibilities. This one looks interesting, for lack of better words. Anyone know what it is/was? Listed as having no title.
I’m sorry to hear you need to sell... my truck would have lost it’s garage space before the pup ever would have!
Nah...not Apache. They were always a tad fancy. Looks like the tent is newer--the original was probably real canvas. I'd check it out. But then I like this type of popup.
Without a dataplate, title or some distinct marking it’s really hard to say. It may be a home built. If you’re really curious, maybe a search over at Popup Camper History may turn up something. Personally I think the Sears/Montgomery Ward/Western Auto guess is a good one. If it’s an Appleby, Apache, Heil or another popular brand, it’s probably documented over at the already mentioned History site. As mentioned, it looks real similar to one the local CPA had when I was a kid. Good luck with your endeavor.
Jumping Jack is the current equivalent. https://www.jumpingjacktrailers.com/check-out-our--tent-trailer-4X6
