    I think thats everywhere.
I paid $8600 new otd for mine in dec of 18...and the same camper new right now with new color scheme and a cheap outside grill that mounts on a rail...no other changes whatsoever are $14K +- ...the paint scheme is no more cost and the grill is prolly around $200.
With normal inflation i can see around $10K now but this kind of price gouging is nuts!!

Freakin' nuts for sure, hope I never reach the state of desperation where I find myself paying grab your ankles prices for a toy; tents are virtually maint. free, easy to store, & don't require a tow vehicle...interested to see wazz up once things settle down...

I saw a few TT on Facebook marketplace that stated it was bought during the covid craze they still owed $xxxxx on the loan so they are selling it for more than what they owe. Yeah, I figured that was what I was going to see once things started opening up. People not wanting to take a loss on a camper that already is not worth what is owed. If anything was to happen with my popup, I’m going right back to tents. These prices are rediculous. I bought my 2004 Fleetwood Utah 5 years ago for only $3500. Now it would be worth close to $9000 here.

A friend of mine bought a 2008 Starcraft tent trailer 2 years ago (2019) for $4800. He just didn't get into the whole craze and found the set-up too much for him (he's tagged along camping with us for 5 years, he said we made set-up/tear down look so easy)
He sold is Starcraft 3 weeks ago (2021) for $7200, this was in the Portland area. I can't believe that's the way pricing is right now, it's total madness!!

I think we will see a lot of this in the next couple of years. When the major manufacturers have backlogs extending into next summer, it's going to take a while to settle down.

As the old saying goes firepit, " better a bird in hand than two in the bush". Same as you, I will wait out tell the bubble bursts. People will start selling units they no longer want, or use, at a more reasonable price. Tell then, I shall enjoy what I have and count my blessings:).

It is going to take a while for prices to return to normal. A lot of the people that bought and had no idea what camping was will figure out they don't like it and want to sell. Manufacturers will eventually catch up. At some point the market will be flooded and eventually that will drive prices down significantly. It will happen, just have to have patience...

That is what I paid for my coleman grand tour destiny, 2003 model. I added and AC to it for under 500 dollars. Wife wants to get rid of it.

I know the PAIN of shopping for a pup right now, we have most of the dealers taking the MSRP of new ones and bumping it up. Example of one is the msrp is 19,500 and the dealer is advertising it as 26,900. Granted in FL PUP's always seem to be a bit higher even on the used market but this is insane. I even considered buying new one in PA and driving up to get it but found a trade in that was in really nice shape before they could do anything to it like cleaning and servicing which is my preference to do ALL of my own maintenance and could see it before they make it look pretty.

I got curious and looked on CL. Only 1 pop-up within 60 miles of me. Several travel trailers. And 1 really cute Short Bus Schoolie. It will be very interesting to see what the market does in a few years.

It looks like prices may have shockingly gone back to normal around here. But with the cost of living nobody can afford to buy one nor have space to store it so the prices are to be expected

We decided to sell our hybrid and go completely dark. Since we were selling and buying in a similar price range it made no sense to wait as the prices would even each other out. We were shocked that our 4 year old hybrid sold for $500 less than what we paid for it. However, we did include lots of upgrades and extras.
