What's your itinerary this year?

Hi guys! I am psyched. I have booked 5 trips so far this year. Here's my itinerary so far (we're staying close to home here in FL), what's your itinerary for the year? Trips planned, trips booked?

December 1st -December 5th, Fort Wilderness
September 17th-September 19th, Wekiwa Springs State Park
August 7th-August 11th, Ft. Desoto St. Park
May 23-26th, Jetty Park
April 2nd-April 5th, Tomoka State Park

Looking at adding Anastasia Island in there somewhere (We're going to be in the islands in July, and then headed to Savannah for a half marathon in November, so trying to work around those!) Can't wait to hear what all of you have planned

I am also psyched to get started, but up here have to wait for spring to actually get here first. We usually plan on camping at least two weekends out of every month during the camping season.

This year, as well as camping in the home state of Maryland, we will be camping in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, West Virginia, and Virgina

reservations are already made for most of them (but some are camp driveway @ relatives so don't need no reservations)

May 3-4 Virginia Bull Run Rally
Memorial Day - Lake Anna
early June - Hickory Run State Park in Penns. for white water rafting
late June - back to bull run regional park
July 4 weekend - Lake Anna
Late July - Cunningham Falls Md state park
week in August - Chincoteague Va and the beach
Labor Day - Ohio trip to check out the Renaissance festival there
early September - Berkley Springs West Va
Late September - Caladonia state park near Gettysburg PA
Columbus day weekend - the finger lakes in NY

We usually do the Md Ren. Fest and thought we would try out the one in Ohio this year. We always have a blast. The Finger Lakes is just about an annual trip for us. Do lots of wine tastings and hiking too with all the fall colors, it is wonderful country.

Somewhere in Minnesota in June, Yellowstone in July, Lake Dillon in Colorado over Labor Dy weekend. Of course, there is always sipping an adult beverage in camp driveway in between trips

We were thinking about the Lewis and Clark trail. Do not have any plans set in concrete yet because we would like to take the Grandkids with us so until we find out about that then we will set up concrete plans. If its just me and Momma well she wants to be by a beach somewhere.

May 24-27 - Fort Worden in the Olympics with friends and kids
June 13-18 - Dissapointment Bay, just my sister and I
June 27-29 - First Rally!!! at Iron Creek
July 12-15 - Fort Casey
July 20-23 - Lake Chelan (booked 10 months ahead of time, fills early)
August 3-11 - Glacier National Park in Montana (been waiting 10 years for this)

End of June - 2nd annual WA rally, Iron Creek
Mid July - Along the South Stillaguamish

Probably a couple quick overnighters here and there, as well, as weather and time allow.

July: Custer State Park, Custer, SD
Mid-Aug: Kenosha Pass (Planned), USFS, Fairplay/South Park, CO
Labor Day: Redstone, USFS, Carbondale/Aspen, CO

That's 15 nights. Fewer than last year's 18. Damn youth sports.

Would also like a mid-May trip, but that never happens. The past 2 years, there's been snowy weather in early/mid-May. Have to play by ear.

BTW, I encourage everyone to use the campground review forums to document their trips.

Mine is popped up in the yard for my Nephew who flew down for Spring Break. He just left so I need to fix some stuff before our annual Peace River Camp and canoe trip always the 1st weekend after Easter. There is always 100+ of us who get off the Island after a long season
No planned trips after but I always camp in the Everglades when I can get away, just 1 and 1/2 hours South and it seems like a whole other world

I finally did it! Just booked my very first reservation. Going to Indian Lake in Lake View, Ohio, the first weekend of June. Can't wait!
