   I'm guessing the wiring on my Viking with red and white battery connections would be Red = Positive, White = Negative (Ground). The red wire has a fuse in it. What is that?

   Yes Red is your positive. The fuse is to make sure that the battery does not get overloaded and also helps to protect your converter.

   white or green is usually the grounds on campers depends on the make red or black is hot
