    Hi All.

When I camp, I take an XM sat radio boombox with me. I'm thinking of adding some exterior speakers to my popup.. Ideally something on the roof, door-side, that I could possibly cable the headphone jack to. Does anyone have any experience with a speaker system that is installed on the top as a receptacle with plug in mini speakers that you add during set-up?---- Or something that could work for this kind of thing? Thanks for any ideas!

    Hi DSC,

If you power the speakers from the headphone jack you will have to use amplified (powered) speakers. If you do not need weatherproof or installed speakers a pair of computer speakers will do the trick. Most have battery power options. Some provide decent quality sound at a good volume range.

    Just an option.
