XTRM v. Dicor V. Pro Flex ?

    1. Is there any substantive difference in use or quality in the XTRM and Dicor self-leveling and non-sag sealants for seams?
    2. Is Pro-Flex a similar product, or is it essentially a repair product for holes or tears in material that might be used in a similar situation as a patching tape?

    We use Pro-Flex around windows and doors. We use X TRM for seams, vents as it will bond to any roof surface. The key with X TRM or Dicor is to have a clean surface
