Broken front panel- no replacement options- help!!

Search for ABS (not PCV) panel repair using MEK. My rear panel on my 1996 Jayco 1207 was nearly split in two, 2-3 inches was all that was holding it together. I bought supplies and meticulously repaired the panel and now cannot tell where the split was.

Is that a gulf cart sitting next to your camper? Hopefully that's not your tow vehicle.

Ha ha! I wish. That's a derelict "bout town" vehicle that seldom can hold a charge to get up our hill. That would be awesome though

I know this is an old thread but I thought it might be worth a shot to see what worked out.

my dad used 24" x8" diameter ducts. Might not be the prettiest but got the job done.

Has this held up? I’m on my 2nd Coleman ABS camper and I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve done the pellet/MEK repair but a new crack just forms somewhere else. If ducts can hold on for a few years, that’s better than nearly losing the front panel on the interstate again.

Well it was still holding up when it left my possession. So it is hard to say. I personally feel that it would hold up fine as long as you seal it up so no water goes inside the wall.
